Welcome to Kantelec Repair LLC. By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Services Provided
Kantelec Repair LLC provides appliance repair, maintenance, and related services for residential and commercial customers in California. Services include, but are not limited to, repair and troubleshooting of refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, and more.
2. Service Call Fee
A non-refundable diagnostic fee applies to all service visits and varies by service type:
• Standard appliances: $79.99
• Microwave repair: $95.00
• Garbage disposal repair: $69.99
• Handyman services: $69.00
• Comerical appliances: $120.00 – $150.00
If you approve the recommended repair, this fee will be applied toward the total repair cost. If you decline the repair, you are responsible for paying only the diagnostic fee.
3. Estimates and Repairs
All estimates provided by our technicians are valid for 30 days. Repairs will only begin upon customer approval of the estimate. Kantelec is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or additional issues discovered during the repair process.
4. Warranty
We offer a 60-day limited labor warranty on all repairs completed by Kantelec technicians. This warranty covers one follow-up visit if the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period.
Parts warranties vary by manufacturer and will be communicated at the time of service. Warranty coverage does not apply to misuse, neglect, or any work performed or altered by a third party.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled diagnostic to avoid a cancellation fee. Missed diagnostics or same-day cancellations may result in a fee equal to the diagnostic charge.
6. Limitation of Liability
Kantelec is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from appliance failure or downtime. Our responsibility is limited to the cost of the repair service provided.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved electronic payments.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California.
9. Changes to Terms
Kantelec reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
