We charge a diagnostic fee to send a technician out, inspect the appliance, and properly diagnose the issue. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee is credited toward (deducted from) your final repair total, so youโre not paying twice for the visit and diagnosis.
General appliance diagnostic (washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/stove, etc.): $79.99
Microwave diagnostic: $95.00
If additional appliances need diagnosis during the same visit, weโll confirm the total before we begin.
